The end of the summer is approaching; July and August have been quite busy for the Verbalists Education & Language Network, despite the lingering uncertainty about the travel regulations and Covid situation in various countries. Students were very happy to go back to the classroom, make new friends from all over the world, and enjoy various activities in the top travel destinations.
This year, German courses in Berlin have been most sought after by our adult students, which is in good part due to the special discounts and cancellation terms we have arranged with our partner German Language School (GLS). With the “Book with Confidence” policy, Verbalists have been able to enroll in German courses with a peace of mind – no cancellation fee up to 7 days prior to course start if you book a German course and then cancel due to Covid-19.
Get a €50 discount for each week of ANY program booked in September! You can start your course in Berlin at the GLS school every Monday – on all levels.

GERMANY COVID-19 NEWS & REGULATIONS (August 23, 2021)
The number of cases nationwide is at 75.8 per 100.000 inhabitants. The vaccination campaign is also making progress. 65 % of the German population received their first dose and 60.3 % are fully vaccinated.
On August 23, the so-called “3G rule” (“Geimpft, Genesen oder Getestet”, in English “vaccinated, recovered, or tested”) came into force. Indoor public places can now only be accessed by people who have either been fully vaccinated, have recovered from Covid-19 or have a recent negative PCR test result.
Just a reminder: Germany distinguishes between 2 categories regarding the risk of COVID-19 infection worldwide: areas of variant of concern and high-incidence areas. Check the website of the RKI to know which category your country belongs.
Everyone over the age of 12 must now provide proof of complete vaccination or recovery, or a negative test result before departure (PCR, max. 72h old or antigen, max. 48h old). Regardless of where they come from and the means of transportation.
4 vaccines are approved in Germany:
- BionTech / Pfizer
- Johnson & Johnson
