These football camps aren’t just about the skills on the field – they build confidence and friendships. It’s for boys aged 10-17, with 1- or 2-week stays near London. English is the language here, just like at Chelsea FC.
Each camp offers a special training day at Chelsea FC’s official Training Centre, complete with full-board accommodation, exciting activities, and a visit to Stamford Bridge. Choose between focusing on your game with Total Football or improving English with Football + English.
Type of Camps
There are three camps for different ages and skills:
Development Football Camps (Bradfield College)
Ideal for players aged 10-12, this program emphasizes technical skill development in a dynamic and supportive setting at Bradfield College, a top private school west of London.
Advanced Football Camps (Charterhouse)
Geared towards players aged 13-17, this camp focuses on team dynamics and individual skills necessary to elevate the game. Located at Charterhouse, a leading private boarding school in Surrey, just 40 minutes from London Heathrow.
Performance Football Camps (Winchester College)
Tailored for older players (boys aged 15-17), this smaller program provides in-depth insights into football tactics and the requirements for success at the highest level. Held at Winchester College – Heathrow (57 miles / 92 km).
Goalkeeper Camp
⚠️ The Goalkeeper camp option (ages 13-17) is offered as part of the Advanced Football Camp held at Charterhouse.
Type of Programs
Each football camp offers two program options:
- Total Football – daily coaching and football workshops;
- Football + English – daily football coaching and sports-focused English lessons.
Coaching
Coaching is expertly designed and delivered by the Chelsea FC Foundation, a world-renowned football and education program. Set within a prestigious English boarding schools and sports centers, the programs challenge players at every level.
On the pitch, high-intensity daily training sessions with CFC coaches focus on teamwork and preparation for competitive matches. Pro-style drills, skills challenges, and small-sided games enhance technical and tactical skills. A weekly awards night on Saturdays celebrates players’ successes, with prizes for performance and attitude throughout the week.
Off the pitch, workshops cover topics such as nutrition, match preparation, team tactics, and more. Debates on picking a dream team, and how to build confidence in communicating within a group situation. Recovery and strength & conditioning sessions, including yoga, help manage the demands of training twice a day.
Results are evident as players leave with an enhanced tactical understanding of the game. They showcase their newfound skills in competitive scenarios, translating coaching drills into match performance. Besides on-field progress, players forge global friendships, develop maturity, confidence, and an appreciation for different cultures.
GOALKEEPERS On and off the pitch: During other sessions, goalkeepers will join the outfield players for coaching. During goalkeeper training players work on the physical and technical aspects of their position, including ball handling, positioning, shot stopping and distribution as well as psychological and social aspects of the game. During outfield training, they will work on their broader knowledge of the game and put their goalkeeping skills into practice in-game scenarios. Sports science workshops support on-field training.
Chelsea FC Foundation’s specialist goalkeeping coaches lead several training sessions throughout the week focusing on skills specific to this position.
English Courses
English teaching classes, using the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) model, focus on football to make language learning fun and interactive. Qualified teachers lead lively classes featuring sports-based projects, discussions, and activities.
Students, grouped by age and ability, undergo a pre-camp assessment and placement interview. At the camp’s end, each player receives a written report and advice for continued learning at home. English is spoken at all times, creating an immersive learning environment.
Chelsea FC Training Centers
Each week, experience a full training day at Chelsea FC’s renowned Training Centers, creating an inspiring environment for players to enhance their skills and elevate their training. Chelsea’s expert coaches, along with occasional special guests from the playing and back-room staff, provide valuable insights into Chelsea FC and the professional game, accelerating every player’s progress.
Charterhouse
Charterhouse’s rich sporting history includes being involved in founding the modern game of football. The word soccer was reportedly first used by a Charterhouse pupil who went on to become an international football player. The sprawling gothic school buildings set in 240 acres of grounds create an inspiring environment for learning while the extensive sports facilities offer students a wealth of sports options.
Accommodation
Our students stay in boarding houses near the main school buildings, offering a combination of single and shared bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific bedrooms; assignments are made by the school based on sports, age, gender, and room-sharing preferences.
Dining: Enjoy three meals a day and an evening snack, including vegetarian options. Most dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice.

Bradfield College
Bradfield College has an excellent reputation amongst English private schools for its impressive sports facilities and prime location in the Berkshire countryside near Reading. It’s just an hour from central London. Football is the major sport at the school and the playing facilities are of a very high standard.
Alongside fantastic sports facilities, there is a grand dining hall in the main school building as well as modern classroom facilities, acres of grounds and sports pitches and a 25-meter swimming pool.
Accommodation
Accommodation is in boarding houses in and around the main school buildings. There is a mix of single and shared bedrooms with shared bathrooms. Please note we cannot guarantee any particular bedroom. The school allocates bedrooms based on sport, age, gender and room share requests.
Dining:
3 meals a day and an evening snack, including vegetarian options. Most dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.

Winchester College
Winchester College will be one of the key venues for the Chelsea Football summer camp in 2026. Founded in 1382, it is among the oldest and most respected schools in the United Kingdom. Its medieval buildings, peaceful courtyards, and well-kept gardens create a setting that feels both historic and welcoming, giving young players a place where they can focus, learn, and enjoy their time on campus.
The college sits on a large 250-acre estate that includes 52 acres of playing fields, wide open green areas, and quiet spaces for students to relax between sessions. The new sports center brings modern training options, including a large indoor sports hall with eight courts, strength and conditioning areas, and additional indoor spaces suitable for team meetings and workshops. The college also offers facilities such as squash and fives courts, a dance studio, and other indoor training rooms.
The extensive outdoor fields give players plenty of room for football training, while the residential setup makes it convenient for groups staying on site. Accommodation is available in the school’s boarding houses, and full catering can be arranged for camp programs.
The college is easily accessible, with Heathrow Airport about 57 miles (92 km) away and Gatwick Airport about 72 miles (115 km) away.

Players will be accommodated in boarding houses, located next to the Sports Centre. These houses each feature single and double rooms, a common room and a beautiful courtyard: offering the perfect environment to relax and unwind after a hard day of training.
