Malaga

Andalusia, with its favorable climate and centuries of Moorish influence, is the perfect backdrop for this culinary adventure. The Moors introduced agricultural techniques and new edible crops to the Iberian Peninsula, such as rice, citrus fruits, dates, almonds, and spices like cinnamon and saffron – transforming Spanish cuisine.
Did you know that it was the Moors who introduced the tradition of ending a meal with a sweet treat, a custom that later spread throughout the Western world?
Join us in Malaga to discover these culinary secrets while mastering the language in a city where history, culture, and flavor come alive.
