Spain removes all Covid entry requirements

23-OCT-2022 | The government of Spain has lifted all remaining Covid entry restrictions for people entering the country from non-European Union and Schengen Area countries.

As of the 21st of October, health control measures for arrivals from non-EU countries are no longer effective. With these restrictions removed, the Spanish government no longer requires travelers from inside or outside the European Union to follow any Covid-19 health control measures, including holding a valid vaccination, recovery or test certificate.

Spain is the latest major travel destination to completely remove all Covid-19 entry requirements, joining France, Malta, Australia, the UK, Ireland and the majority of EU countries. Nevertheless, some countries around the world, including the United States, still have Covid entry rules in place.
