14-AUG-2026 | Today was full of excitement. It feels as if an entire week passed in just one day.

First, we had the unique opportunity to attend the celebration of Queen Camilla’s birthday. We arrived at Green Park just as the troops were parading, after which the horses and cannons were lined up and a 41-gun royal salute was fired.

Then came the fun of exploring London and shopping at the favorite LEGO store.

Afterwards, everyone got the chance to create their perfect mix of favorite M&M’s.

For a well-deserved break, we arrived at the air-conditioned cabin of the world’s most famous observation wheel, the London Eye.

After the ride and the beautiful view of London from above, we went down to the grass in a nearby park to rest for a while. Actually, some relaxed and sunbathed on the grass, while others immediately went looking for new adventures.

Yehonatan, Kosta, and Mia said hello to a robot man and exchanged a few jokes with him. They even helped street performers from Jamaica with one of their acts. See what it all looked like in the video clips below:

Today we learned that all you need for a good time in London is a little curiosity. Then the whole city is in the palm of your hand. Anything is possible!

But the adventure did not end there.

After a delicious dinner, our students chose evening activities according to their interests. Sports fans went to basketball or football. Those who wanted a quieter atmosphere enjoyed board games, while the most energetic chose dancing and the famous game “Brazilera.”

In this game, volleyball and elements of football are combined with dancing, music, and a great atmosphere. And who else was responsible for the Verbalists’ success at Brazilera but our friends and students from Brazil.

Sounds unbelievable?

That is exactly what just one of our exciting days at an English summer school in London looked like. We are full of impressions.

And the best part of all? Big smiles, new friendships, and memories we will remember for a long time. 💙🇬🇧
