Come with me behind the scenes of an unforgettable first day at AC Milan Academy, where dreams start with a smile — and sometimes, a hug.

30-JUN-2025 | Hi everyone, I am Simeon Conjagic, and I am here at the AC Milan Academy Junior Camp as an activity leader and house parent with PRODIREKT and its Verbalists Education & Language Network.

Today, I watched young players from all over the globe arrive, eyes wide with excitement. They registered, picked up their AC Milan kits, and explored their rooms — checking out where they will sleep, relax, and bond. The energy was amazing. Some kids were a little shy at first, but before long, they were laughing and already giving each other hugs.

Young footballers from Poland, Romania, and Brazil have now become part of Verbalists but also AC Milan Academy, joining this unique experience that brings together talent from every corner of the world.

They met the staff, the coaches, and me — their house parent for this adventure. We helped them settle in, unpack, and start learning their daily schedules. When the first training talks began, you could see them light up, realizing this is the real deal: training at the same place where AC Milan’s future stars grow.

I spent the day making sure everyone felt welcome, comfortable, and excited. We talked about our favorite teams, shared stories, and started building friendships that I know will last long after this camp ends.
