Great coaching, some awesome footwork, and our camera right there to catch it all. This was one of those visits that reminded us why elite football camps are such a special part of what we do.
We recently shared our young Liverpool footballers. Now it was time to check on their big rivals.
From Liverpool red to Chelsea blue, and straight into the action
We were really excited to see João from Brazil and Robert from the US training alongside their teammates.
Coach Alex was working with them on 1v1 dribbling and the importance of angles. How to approach a defender. How one small movement can create space. And, of course, how to add the fancy footwork every young player loves. 👏
We honestly loved the way Alex coached them. He showed every detail, watched every try, and corrected the players straight away. Then he encouraged them to go again. You could actually see the improvement from one run to the next.
After that, we decided to put the players on the spot a little. 🙂
We asked João, Robert, and their teammates to show us their favorite skill moves when taking on a defender. Some went for quick feet. Others chose a sharp change of direction. And a few simply wanted to show us their own style.
What Happens When We Ask Chelsea Players to Show Us Their Best Moves? ⚽🔵
This is what makes our work so unique. We do not only talk about football camps or send young players to them. We visit them. We watch the training. We speak with the coaches. And sometimes, the players step in front of our camera and show us exactly what they have learned.
Liverpool had their turn. 🔴 Now Chelsea have answered. 🔵 The rivalry continues. 😊
