Some days at summer school are about lessons in the classroom. Others begin with bare feet in the sand, a surfboard under your arm and the whole group waiting for the first wave.

10-JUL-2026 | Our Verbalists Spanish summer school students spent the day learning, laughing and encouraging one another by the sea. Our crew counted seven, with the girls very much leading the charge. For some of them, it was their first time on a surfboard. For others, it was simply another reason to enjoy being together in Valencia. ☀️

Elena took a knock from the board, but giving up was never really an option. A little later, she was back in the water, catching waves and adding one more challenge to the list of things she had conquered that day. 💪

This is exactly why we choose our partner schools so carefully. The best summer programs are not only about good lessons, but also about the moments that push students a little, bring the group closer and turn an ordinary day into a story they will keep telling long after they return home.
